Anemone won't eat!!

Ok....so its been a week that i have had this LTA in my tank. The maroon clown has made the Anenome his own and everything looks great. The anenome looks excellant health wise and it has been in the same spot for 5 days now. The problem is ...IT WILL NOT EAT. I have tried feeding it shrimp every day now. It takes the shrimp and holds it for about 30- 40 seconds and then just lets it go. Its mouth is completely open.

What am i doing wrong?

try a silverside, my RBTA used to eat only silversides untill I tried tiger shrimp cut into pices. It resisted the shrimp at first but after a few days it eats shrimp now also.

only feed a small pice of silverside and aee it that works

If it's mouth is completely open you may have bigger problems than getting it to eat. An anemone with a gaping wide open mouth is not one that I would classify as looking excellent health wise. But that's just my .02.
