new to hobby - having fun so far

got an anemone about 2 weeks ago, she settled on a rock right away, now she's starting to wander.

where do they like to be? high flow? low flow? under a rock?

It varies. They will move till they find a place they like. Just make sure if you have any strong powerheads to cover the intakes with someething like window screen. I lost a green bulb tip to my tunze.

What type of anemone? Bubble tip? Carpet? LTA? condy? ect?

Good question lisaandmikefamil - I would actually like to know that myself.

I found a picture of one on wetweb but they don't know what it is either. Take a look, mine looks exactly like the "red" one on this web page. It's actually more purple than red.
