Anemonefishes produce sounds........generated by the collision of the teeth..........after rapid release of tension in the sonic ligament...............

The fish swims with its jaws open............depresses the hyoid...........which releases the tension in the sonic ligament...........and makes the jaws snap shut...............

I used to have a pair of tomato clowns that did it too. There's actually been studies showing that clown vocalizations vary by region, kind of like some song birds.
