in short no.

You could probably introduce a clean up crew but if you have nitrates and no fish you are not ready for livestock like anemones.

nitrate 5 ammonia 0 what are your nitrites? For nems you also want to know ph, calc, alk, and mag.

nems are rather sensitive and nitrates ammonia or nitrites will kill them quickly. You could probably introduce the clowns you want to keep but wait atleast a month after the fish to introduce the nem assuming everything bad reads zero and has been testing zero for a few weeks.

I disagree with the above. The tank is 3 months old. You can add fish into it. I never use LED so I am not sure how much light this is but I think 72 W of LED light should be enough light for anemone. I would not put an anemone in that thank yet.
What clown and what anemone do you want?

I would probably add your clowns in first, than atleast wait a month and test periodically to make sure everything is staying stable. Usually the rule of thumb is to wait 6 months before adding a nem to allow your tank to mature. If you want to give it the best chance of survival, than waiting is your best odds.
