Just added a carpet to my tank and It looks like it has air inside it. One side is floating and streached, should I be concerened. Also his mouth turned inside out for about five minutes before adding him, I know this is caused by stress but it went back to normal.

I have seen small amounts of air in a magnifica and it worked its way to the tip of the tentacle and then popped out of there causing no visible damage. Not sure what will happen in your situation.

If the anemone is exposed to air, mouth needs to be open, if its open all the time sign of sickness.

The mouth is closed and it has eaten, I worked the air to the mouth but he did not open to let it escape.

I would just let it work it out on its own if it isn't causing the whole anemone to float around. Let us know what happens.
