Angel Reef

Very nice! I have a ton of sps and a ton of large Angels no problems at all!!!! I even have 8 clams with minimum problems an occasional nip

Thanks, awesome stuff, do you have a thread I can check out?

[quore=cFloor] SPS and angelfish, my favorites. Doesn't get much better than that[/quote]
IMO its the ultimate combo of beauty

Excited to see how this is going to go! I might have missed it, but what does your current stocking list (Angelfish wise) consist of? Got anything that you just "absolutely" have to add into this tank?
Thanks Zack, i currently have the following
3 x regal
1 x magestic
2 x flame

I want to get another bandit angel, i need to add it first as the regal trio are very territorial and agressive, so much so they dominate (mainly the large male) an achilles and purple tang.

Some mulitbars and joculator would also be pretty nifty if i can get them.

Nice build. Updates on your tank are always appreciated!
Thanks coral, a panel of the cabinet got damaged in assembly so that is being repaired and should be fitted this weekend. Then i will get the tank delivered hopefully next monday, just need to work on the logistics.

I think there is something wrong with that tank, but if you'll ship it to me I will fix it and send it back, in a few years...LOL :) Seriously, nice tank. Waiting along with everyone else to see everything loaded into it. I'm sure it will be great.

Tank looks awesome mate! Now hurry up and get it wet

cheers scotty, gets delivered 2/3 so will be wet 7/3

Okay jealous of the build. Did I read the dimensions right? 500 gallon sps tank?
you might be mistaken with cm and inches, my brothers reply is correct approx 210gal

HAHA We can do that but my WIFE comes with the deal.

I can't stay out of trouble with one, what the heck would I do with two? They would gang up and drown me in my reef, LOL

Nice build! I love the foot print of your tank. 73x32 inches. But you wrote 50 inches high and then 50 cm high. By the photos, it looks like the 50cm makes more sense.. I think that's where the volume misunderstanding came from.
Great dimensions and nice scape! Looking forward to seeing it wet!

oooops def a typo, only 50cm (20inch) high, cant change it now tho I guess. I am a fan of shallow tanks for aesthetics, ease of maintenance and reduction of water volume.

Tank got delivered last night, 4 of us carried it however only 2 could go up the stairs and thru the door, light weight baby

now gotta do the plumbing and get it filled on Saturday
