Angels in a 70g (3ft)?

So I've been told time and again that Dwarf Angels are a recipe for disaster in reefs. I liked them because they really popped and swim around a lot, but I really want my 70g to be a long term tank with a bunch of happy fish.

I've been told the following angels stay moderately small (never exceeding 6 inches) and are all reef safe:

Bellus Angel
Watanabei Angel
Swallowtail Angel

That a reasonable statement about these guys?
Do these produce a lot of waste like Tangs?
What is the maximum number of fish would you suggest in a 70g with an angel like the above?
Will they be happy long term in this size tank?

Thanks again guys.

I wouldn't suggest any Genicanthus angel for a 3 ft (70g) tank. They are swimmers and a tank that size just isn't big enough.

Yea, I'm just trying to do some research and looking around while I still plan out the equipment and such. I may push my luck and try a dwarf angel as they really are some of the most amazingly colored fish.

Though most everyone who has had them for more then a year or 2 have all said they've gone nuts and eaten their corals so I'm not really sure if they are really hit or miss, or more like they grow up and this is how they are.

How about anthias in this size tank? Specifically looking at Dispar and Ignitus (trying to find some more pics of these).

Im currently having a tank built that is MUCH smaller than I was planning to upgrade to, and I chose dims (3' long as well) just large enough to keep some Centropyge. Its going to be 36"L x 30"W x 24"H.

I agree with Matt though in that 3' long is not suitable for any Genicanthus sp.
