Angler Fish (AKA Frog fish)

Does any one no anything about these fish I say some today at CF and thought they are really cool looking. ?'s are they hard to keep, not reef safe. ect......

Anglers are extremely difficult to keep alive long term, and have extensive feeding requirements. Definitely something for a species tank.

Check out Reef Fishes Volume One by Scott Michael. Frogfish are probably his favorite fish and he's a very knowledgeable fish guy. He's also done a few articles on them if you can find them.

frogfish are not too hard to keep once you get them to eat. i had one for like a year and it was doing fine. had to sell him due to moving into apartment and they did not allow fish tank. just MO
