Angry Yellow Eyed Kole Tang

Got back from vacation a couple days ago and I noticed my Kole tang was spending a lot of time posturing with its reflection (new behavior for him).

I didn't think much of it at the time, but today I noticed that not only is he flicking his tail at it (the reflection), but the tail scalpels seem to be permanently "flared" open when he's swimming.

Any chance this guy is going to hurt himself (or a tank mate)? Should I cover up the side glass (it's not viewable glass anyways)?

Seems my search skills are lacking - found a couple other posts with this issue. Seems I just need to wait it out. I've taped some colored paper over the sides to cutback on the reflection in the meantime.

Interesting. YEKT are generally very docile at least mine was. Least aggressive of all tangs IMHO and I had lot of tangs in my system.
