My candelabra gorgonian has grown up against the live rock. It seems to be doing well, especially since I switched to 15000K bulbs for my halide lighting.
Is it OK there or should I gently pry it loose and move it into open water?
I have one that regularly rubs against a rock and it doesn't even seem to close the polyps at that spot. Should be fine. They seem to be indestructible.
