I can't really tell the health from your video, but they do behave differently when they are that small. Having a floppy looking body is a bad sign regardless of the size. What I can see of the tentacles looks pretty good though. Looks even bigger in the video! Mine is still very small, about the size of my hand with fingers spread. Maybe thats why it hasn't been holding itself up like yours and flightys.....?

Looks good Elegance. I don't think you need to change a thing. One thing I see in your vid that is a great sign is the anemone holding a shape of its own a little like there is a hand under the anemone and the folds of it drape down between the fingers. It makes canyons of tentacles for the flow (and any drifting food) to go through. You see that on healthy magnificas which have grown large. I bet yours has the potential to get huge without splitting. I wouldn't hesitate to up the flow with that guy.
