I picked up the first part of my 37g package last Friday. So far I have been very happy. This is my first reef tank.

Those were extra critters that Richard sent.

Dont put the Brown cup corals too close to the lights.. they will bleach and die on you... Luckily I still have a bunch of them....

Go get a fox face, a seahare or tang to get rid of the caulerpa... don't want that thing getting a hold of your tank.

Yes I totally agree. That stuff will drive you nuts if you don't get rid of it pronto!!

After reading the responses here I manually pulled it all from the tank. I haven't stocked any fish yet. I'm still waiting for the tank to cycle. My Ammonia and Nitrites are almost non existent but my Nitrates are still up around 3.5.

Yeah, that feather caulerpa grows and spreads pretty fast. I left it on just a couple of my smaller rocks because I like the way it looks and also helps with nutrient export, I just have to prune it back every few days and clip off those runners when it tries to spread to other rocks.

Just make sure it dosn't go sexual on you. Cheato is much better if you want macro for nutrient expo. and they don't go sexual. Good for harboring pods too..
