ANOTHER Sebae Anemone giving trouble

Hello there. My tank has been up for roughly 8 months, and I have kept BTA's prior to this Nem. I purchased him this past weekend (2/1/13). He is troubling me due to him possibly burning and killing my other corals, and also injuring himself. He's the same color as when I purchased him and my clowns' love him and he is eating, so no trouble there. In the pics you can see where he may have tried digging a footing in the stand below him. His mouth is closed and he appears to be happy...

My parameters are:
Temp: 78.1 F
pH: 8.11
Salinity: 1.026
Lighting: 2x250W MH/2x54W Actinic T5HO combo
Nitrate: ~3ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm

He looks unattached, which suggests he is not happy. My crispa would only attach to a hole in the live rock. Though some report theirs attach in the sand, generally they prefer to be in the liverock.

The 2 crispa's I've kept in the past never went in the sand bed. They were always attached up on the rock work like BTA's. Try moving up on the rock to see if it attaches.

Try to find a spot between two rocks or a crevasse. They also don't like direct flow usually, and prefer a variable directed flow at that.

well good news is he is now attached! he is staying in the cove that is pictured but has now put his foot into the rocks on the left. Its in between the 2 powerheads, but not directly in the flow, just were it refracts of the glass to him. His mouth is now puckered out like he wants a kiss, does that mean he's hungry? I fed him 2 days ago.
