Another simple aquacontroller programming question

I want to add my main return pump (RTN) in the sump onto the aquacontroller, only because I want to be able to turn it off along with my other pumps for the feeding interval. Otherwise the pump should always be on. Is this the correct code to use to keep it on all the time:

IF Time > 00:00 Then RTN On

Sorry such a newbe question, but my heaters and other equipment are all in the sump, so I am a bit paranoid about making sure the return pump is working all the time.
