these are all wonderful. blastos are soo cool. i'm curious what everyone else does pertaining to new growth on the bottoms or sides. i haven't had to deal with it yet really but do they level out and grow laterally or must one provide more height for it to grow down and around or what's the deal.

i generally lazily spot feed everything (pumps off) with whatever i feel like that particular day, depending on what i fed last time. - mysis, brine, phyto, cyclops, squid, other plankton.
lately i've been on a kick feeding them fish pellets. i only know of one company that makes lps pellets but they look the same as fish pellets, just different compostion, about 2x more protein. but they eat em all the same, and idk, its more amusing for me, making sure each head gets a pellet and what not. i was turkey basting pellets but that can be messy, harder and uneven, tongs or forceps now and sometimes a fish will daringly steal it right away. Like i said, it's like a game for me, i equate it to operation - when dealing with side angle or slightly hidden heads. lord knows when the fish tank is fun we don't mind doing it.

back when i had a good camera
