Any Clam Docs in the house?

Recently my 6" crocea has been acting funny.Last week I noticed it expelling some brown stuff.Could this be his zooanthellea?I noticed his intake is barely open and he doesn't react to shadows.About 2 weeks ago I added another crocea from my LFS.He lived about 4 days.His tank mate at the LFS also died a day later?Sorry I can't post any pics.I've had this guy over 4 years and would be heartbroken to lose him.Water parimeters are fine.Thanks in advance for any help.

Its hard to say without pic's. What fish and inverts do you have? What are your water params?
What do you dose and how do you add it?
