Any good breeders in California?

Well, the title says it all... I'm in Santa Barbara, but I was curious if there were any good Seahorse breeders anywhere in CA?
I don't care if it's just someone's personal setup or a full blown business but it seems crazy that no one here in california would breed horses. :eek1:
