Looks like haliptilon sp.

It may also be H. Gibessii not sure. Check google for picks of both as small shoots and see which one you think it looks more like,

Don't think it's H. Gibessii, doesn't have the puffyness at the end of the branch.

I saw another member on Nano-reef had this, some were saying it could be gellium (sp)?
