Any idea what she is doing? (pics)

My falsie female loves this big rock of zoas I have, she is always covered in sting marks...

The thing is she does not really act like she is hosting in it but always doing odd things and sometimes it's even scared me...

I'll walk in and just her tail will be sticking straight up and she won't move for a few minutes....

The only thing I could think of is maybe she is hunting pods or something?!

Is she always in it, or not far from it?
Because it sounds to me like she has taken up residence.

No her and my b/w sleep on the other side near a rock and swim around the entire tank.

I have a GSM in a BTA in another tank and she will hardly leave it to get food and usually run back to it between bites.

It always seems like she is looking for something.

My little clown use to dive into my PPE's like that then he'd wiggle out and swim away for a while then do it again. I always thought he was trying to host it but was never satisfyed so he'd keep leaving.

He how hosts in a frogspawn, sleeps in it too but he;s only in it about half the time during the day.
