any ideas

Well, i have had them in my DT for about a year now. they have not moved at all really, only within a few inches of themselves. Once one of them ate a dying chromie, that was kinda cool to see. Other than that they have not multiplied or anything. I thought maybe Majano but maybe not? wish i knew, thanks for the input.

Without a doubt, E. crucifer. They don't reproduce asexually, so they usually don't become a problem. They have reproduced sexually in captivity though.

they do seem to share one foot and can almost become one head if eating something big, i have two sets of these. the one in the pic is bigger with the 3 heads and i have one lower in tank with two heads that are about 1/2 the size. the smaller two became one to eat the dead chromi it looked like.
