Noticed recently red stuff growing, only on one rock to be fair. Rock is being covered in nice purple coralline but this is different. Any clues? Hopefully it's not bad.

Yeah. Thats just red coralline to me.

Its hard to tell from the photos. Some of what you circled looks almost like raised branches.

Then its likely forams...they are very common and harmless..
