anyone interested in a web page for the ytown saltwater club. i can build web pages. i can put in videos ect. we would need to raise or have donated 75.00 for one years web hosting. we could get some people. 5-10 buck a piece to get it going. we could show case our tanks. set up swaps ect. if you are interested reply to the post and contact a friend or two thats interested in the hobby. we could also include fresh water hobbist to.

maybe try going to a couple of the lfs and see if you could put up fliers or something. That might get more attention. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of traffic here.

Maybe even search through the section and PM people who have posted here in the past.

I'm game though, just need more people.

yea the only fish store i know of that sells saltwater fish is tw pets now in niles. do you know of any others.

tropical pet house on market st. in youngstown has some every now and then, and pet land in boardman usually has some decent stuff. But i don't think there is anywhere else.

I would like to see MY-SEA get started back up again it seems to be a thing of the past. There are a good amount of reefers in the area so it definitely is possible. What kind of flyer are you wanting to make.

well if we could get say the owner of T.W pets in niles to sponsor us by say giving us a meeting place. that would be nice
since he has been in bussines for a long time or maybe another pet store.maybe one in eastern pa. could also sponsor us. they we could make up flyer saying to sign up on reef central at the my-sea page and become a member. also include fresh water aquarist also. maybe one of us could give a phone number for a contact for questions on joining. hopefully we could get enogh people to raise the 75.00 to set up the web page i can take care of that no problem. it can contain just about any thing we would like. info, links, video,reviews, tips, any thing we could want i can do on the web page. im sure it will be a little work in the begining. but i am sure we can find people for the president treasure ect. i will try will try making a flyer up and any body else can make one and we can decide on witch on or format to go with. i will contact the owner of tw pet tommorow and see what he says. please any idea post them so far theres 3 of us but i think we can get it done also i take care of my rc modle clubs web page i built it it needs up dated do to some broken links and i tried to have someone help me and the moved a few things around i will be fixing that this week end. but heres ther link to that if you want to view www.flyingaeros.com

The only big chain that sells sw is petland in boardman. At least it is the only one that i know of.

I would be willing to a meeting at my house to get things started. I know a few private seller that possibly would be interested in helping us out alittle bit. If we could find enough people to have meeting we could schedule something.

well it looks like 3 people so far thats a start. as far as privite sellers sponsoring ? we dont want to be selling anything on our web page. becuase we will have a .org web address not a dot com. .org a non profits thats what we want to be. but we could advertise for them maybe they will give the club members some kind of discount. that would be nice but not nessacary. like i said i can take care of the webpage. do we have someone to take care of the donations.? i belive we can file the paper work for the non profit and be legit. its a small fee. but that can be done later. lets ee if we can get a few more people in the next week or so and try to set up a small meeting. if anyone has any suggestions or wants to volunteer like CJBDFRAZ did for a meeting place or suggestions please feel free

I'm mainly into fish, but do have a smaller reef tank, that could always use more corals, and might make a move to a 75g.

i am into both fish and corals and freshwater also i have had dicus in the past and right now i also have a 55 with angle fish a 125 fish and corals and i am in the process of setting up a 72g bow for saltwater also.

Im interested in fish and corals that are easy to take care of, still kinda new in the hobby, ive had a 29G FW planted, and a 12G Nanocube before. Moved out here to OH, now I have a 20L thats just getting running. What stores are out here besides T-W and Petland in Boardman??
