hey, i just started an 18 gallon as was wondering if anyone else was running one?
thats what it looks like for now. just a tank, some rock, a couple of clowns, 175w MH.
what i will be doing with it in the weeks to come:
-5g Fuge, or possibly a DIY HOB Filter Fuge Mod.
-move heater to fuge
-add moonlights to canopy
-add a black backdrop
-crafting a 3 ft stand with smoked glass door; two levels, bottom level for the fuge, 2nd lever for top off water (still designing top-off system) any suggestions are welcome.
not really planning on putting a lot of coral in here, the main inhabitant will be a Blue Carpet Anemone with a pair of Ocellaris Clowns.
this is the second reef we have set up, unless you count moving and completely redesigning our 29g. current tanks are 29g reef w/ 10g sump, 40g FOWLR, and now our 18g Nano.
