No, probably not. Most Likey just had a very distant buliding and a wicked telephoto lens. Funny how optics work like that. It could be a double exposure, but it looks really clean if it was. My guess is it is the real deal.
The image is from some other site I saw and the guy said he looked for the coordinates of the moon rise and planned out the shot accordingly. A lot of planning went into it. If it was a double exposure he could have "made' that shot anytime.
I took some shots but haven't really looked at them yet. I wasn't near anything that really magnified the size so they are "just" moon shots anyway.
