anybody have a spare HOB skimmer lying around?

Hey guys,

Does anybody have a small HOB skimmer lying around not in use that they would be willing to loan me? or sell me? Mine crapped out on my 40 breeder and I don't want to replace it because I am in the middle of an upgrade to a 120 in which case I will need a much larger skimmer. Anything will do like a Redsea Prism or a sea clone. algae has really taken off since the skimmer croaked :sad2:

I've got a CPR hob skimmer. It just `needs a new pump.....which i might also have. how bout $40....or a couple frags?

cool. Frags are limited right now but I do have a frag of green/purple rim monti cap, torch, orange zoa, blue mushroom, and some various birdsnest. Let me know if anything interests you for a trade. Also got a pair of perc clowns if your interested.

I have an amiracle hob wet dry with skimmer for $50. Works great and was only used for 3 months. skims nicely. prizms suck so don't waste your time.

I have a seaclone that was used for 2-3 months for $30. You can pick it up tomorrow anytime. it may need a vinegar bath.

14"x14"x4" thick. The 3" diameter skimmer sit 4" above the box on one side It is an Amiracle SL-5 I believe. Rated at 55 gallons. Very clean and runs on two Rio 600s, included.

4 sure hope it worked out i still have the box and instructions if you want it, i should have told you to shake the cheto in the fuge when you put it in....tons of stuff!=)
