anybody in Va got any?

Is there anybody that has coraline algae growing under intense lights that might would mail me some they scrape off? I can't get coraline to grow and was thinking it might be from my intense lighting 6 54w T5HO's on a 55g. My corals love it. Some strains grow better under different lights and I would love to try some thats already under intense lights

if youre having trouble growing it already then I doubt its going to grow if you reintroduce it. The key is to have stable parameters. Coralline should thrive under T5 lighting. I have a bunch I could scrape off on the sides of my tank if youre willing to come to blacksburg.

I keep Ca 430, Alk 9, mag 1350 I dose kalk. Coraline will thrive under T5's. However most 55g tanks use a 4 bulb and I have 6. Not even sure its my problem just something I wanna try. If it still has not grown by football season I may give you a yell come football season when I am in Lane Stadium. The only place to be on a Sat!! Go HOKIES!
