Anybody received confirmation their Black Friday orders have been shipped?

I am sure this time of year is busy but I have had a bit of difficulty with shipping communication. I ordered a T5 lighting fixture and 8 bulbs on black Friday. The fixture was listed as shipped separate from the bulbs and mounting brackets. I received the invoice and got one tracking # on the following Wed ( 5 days later ).

That tracking # is apparently for the bulbs and mounting bracket and that is finally scheduled to be delivered tomorrow ( Monday ). I never got a tracking # for the fixture and I found that sitting on my porch two days ago ( Friday ). I wish I had the tracking info for the fixture so I could have planned and expected delivery.

I understand slower shipping and delivery this time of year. Slow communication of order status is my only real complaint.

I sent you an email on Wednesday night that was never returned. I just sent you another one requesting my order be canceled. Thank you.

Still no response to my original email. I also haven't received a response to a second email requesting cancellation. I tried calling twice today but nobody answered. Perhaps an answering machine would be a good investment ;).

I already ordered the item from another vendor so I hope this order was cancelled. I was originally concerned that my order wasn't placed and now I'm concerned it hasn't been cancelled. With the non-existent communication from this vendor, I get more info from my magic 8-ball.
 
How do I stop this madness? I just received email confirmation that my order was placed and my credit card charged on 12/6 = today. I then receive a second email indicating my order has been shipped. I guess I'll need to call UPS and refuse delivery since I already ordered the item from somebody else. Unbelievable!
 
These guys have a reputation for terrible customer service. Luckily the other vendors match their prices. That way I can get the prices i want from people I actually trust!

Please let me know which email you are using to relay information to us. If possible pm your Invoice number for us to resolve your issue today.

The manufacturer of your light fixture just went through a major system upgrade and shipping information are delayed 3-5 days. Normally, we receive at the end of day it was shipped but unfortunately the upgrade did not work properly. Thank you for your business we appreciate it.
 
edited... removed my comment as it was posted out of frustration... I've been informed my order is on its way... great prices, just hope the CS improves
