Anyone able to ID THIS?

looks like a mobile feather duster. It is about the size of a standard size toothpick and Gray with little white stripes all over it. I woke up at 7am left my house at 8am and did not move a inch. However this is the second time i have noticed him in the tank.

Hard to say. From the photo, it could be a bristleworm: a worm with bristles all down its sides. They're beneficial.
 
Sk8r Thanks for the info. Yeah sorry horrible picture with phone... Argh Camara took a crap on me during christmas. However this does not have anything on its sides its Smooth looking.
 
Well I have a few that are out all day, some at night, others in the morning. Not sure why they prefer any certain time of day. Any how, it may not look like it is moving because sometimes the head will be somewhere under the sand and all you see is the body. Either way, peanut worms are harmless and a good part of your CUC.
