I went to the aquarium yesterday and they had A long horned cowfish in with seahorses in one of the exhibits. He'd swim up with them and he never hurt them. I'll try to get pics later
Anyone ever keep seahorses with cowfish?

I wouldn't do it...
We had a long horned cowfish in with our seahorses. Everyone got along swimmingly for over 6 months.
One day over a month ago, within the space of an hour, our 3 large erectus and numerous other small fishes died
Corals were unaffected, all water parameters were good. Cowfish died, only thing we can think of is for whatever reason he stressed, and nuked everyone else.
Tank has been fallow since (except for the coral), just added a pipefish and a small blennie the other day, so far, so good.
