Anyone feed their tangs Cheato?

I put a chump of cheato on my lettece clip and it's gone within a day or two. I didn't witness my tang eat them but those are the only ones in my tank that could of. Anyways is it ok to feed them cheato?

Some eat some don't... It's depend on the fish. None of my tangs/angels eat cheato.

me either..they don't nibble on it unless they are desperate.

My yellow tang eats any chaeto I put in the tank. He also eats any troublesome algae.

My vlamingi purple and convict tang also my rabbit fish eat it.

my kole tang doesn't even eat lettuce or nori. it doesn't really touch any algae in my tank. It does feed on fish/coral food I make.

My Kole is meat eater....no lettuce, no nori or any kinds of algae. I used to have a purple tank, and he eats everything.
