Anyone good with electronics?

Anyone good with electronics/lighting? For some reason I cant firgure out why only 2 of my 3 light bulbs will light up on my biocube. I have replaced the bulb, swapped them etc. I just cant seem to get the 3rd one to work. I will gladly pay anyone (or provide beer) for their services. I will bring the hood to you. Lemme know, thanks

others, the ones in a stock biocube hood. I did an upgrade from nanotuners.com and added a 3rd bulb.

hmmm, is it running it's own Ballast or do all three feed off of one?

there are 2 separate plugs for the hood, and 2 ballasts. Here is a link to the kit that I installed:
