Anyone keep coco worms here?

I figured that with continuous feeding, certain types of filter feeders like these and perhaps christmas tree worms/porites(under an LED spotlight) would fare well.

I honestly haven't seen them thrive long term in any tank (just run a search here on RC). Given the slow rate at which they deposit calcareous tubing, keeping them ~1-2 years is definitely not "successful" as I think they have to live much longer than that. In addition maintaining their initial color (especially the bright red ones) appears to be difficult.

Since they are listed to consume POM (although it is unclear exactly what size if preferred, someone chime in if they know), it seems an Azooxanthellate/ahermatypic tank would be perfect for these.

I have 5 of them. They are all doing well but it has only been about a year or so. Some won't come out for awhile then all of a sudden they do again. I have not lost any color on mine.

I have one. No mater how much you think its dead don't take it out of the tank. When they get stressed they release their heads. I thought mine was dead for over 6 months. Nope, took his head out soon after. They have a strange calcification cycle. This time mine lost his head or at least I had not seen it in a while. When I checked up on him he had doubled his tube size so I knew he was alive in there. So don't give up on these guys so easily. I feed mine Spirulina and ground down flake food
