Anyone keeping multiple rabbitfish in one tank?

Just thinking about 2 pairs of Siganus sp. in a 280g - ie., 2 S. virgatus, 2 S. doliatus.

Dumb idea?

I've never kept pairs of the same rabbitfish before, but I had a Mag Foxface, a Spotted rabbit, and a doliatus rabbit all in the same tank. They hung out together and got along great. I wouldn't think your idea would be a problem.

You wont have a problem. I had 2 in a 90 gallon with no problems. Then I have a scribble with a gold spot and they were very large with no porblems either.

I have never kept mine in pairs but I have a bicolor,magnificent, and an orange spot in my 180. No problems.
