this skimmer is bearly working, when I heavily dosed my tank with reefroids and cyclopeeze, the skimmer was doing nothing.

as compared with my coralife superskimmer, where I just place a small piece of shrimp in the tank and the skimmer creates some skimmate

The problem that you are having is not a problem though. It is normal for an injection style skimmer to lose foam when food is added to the tank. Needle wheel and venturi skimmers to not have this problem. because they do not need to build a large foam head before spilling over in the cup.

yeh, Jason is really good about customer service. I'm not sure if he's back in town though. But i think he has someone that will answer any questions you have.
