Not to my knowledge, they are considered to be one of the hardiest tangs you can buy. I purchased one 3 weeks ago but was informed it got ich and was refunded before the fish was shipped to me. Currently is going thru treatment I'm told so we will see if it is offered up again. Paid 346$ and that was shipped (well if I would of got the fish)

Also most "black tangs" end up being scopas/black hybrids and are very difficult to tell the difference between until large
