Anyone treat after tank upgrade?

Long story short, I upgraded my tank to a 150g and put my 3 carpets (2 gigs and a haddoni) in the new tank after the cycle. They were in a "QT" tank during that time with regular water changes. They walked and walked and walked all over the new tank and seem to have finally settled. Both my gigs are now showing an open mouth but the haddoni seems more than fine. The gigs are not exposing any internals have sticky tentacles and are very well attached. Just getting nervous and wanted to know if im over reacting or not.

I'd wait it out. Pix would help too

I think if they deflate, you should treat right away. Without deflating, you can monitor and see
