Anyone up for a thermos zoo swap?

Perfect time of year to ship some zoa's in a thermos. I thought about maybe asking 2 or 3 of our neighbor clubs to see if they would be interested. Might get some new zoa's in the club that we can swap with each other. I can organize it if we can get enough interest.

I have some nice deep purples with greenish blue centers that I have a ton of, but I can't commit to doing anything until after the wedding (Sept. 30th) NO TIME!!!!!!!

ok here is what I am thinking. Make a list of participants from 1-100 for example. 1 mails to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4 and so on. I will alternate numbers on the list so people from the same club wont mail to each other. Minimum polyp count should be 15. You can mix & match and send more if you want. This is a trust thing so if everyone sends frags of their best zoa's it should be a great trade. At the end of the list we can add those who just want to buy a thermos. Total price will be $20. I will start a list in a separate thread for order. We will take participants until Sept 15th.

is there any way we can get a look at what we are geting before the trade......I dont mind paying but with limited space I don't want to receive something I already have. Pics would be cool once we get things going.

I have a list going, anyone can PM ahead of time for pics or descriptions. If it is a duplicate of what you allready have we can move anyone on the list. With a 100 or more entrants we can hopefully get alot of new stuff into all the different clubs.

Your #7. You will ship some zoa frags in a thermos to the #8 guy. The number 6 guy will ship some to you. They travel well in a thermos so regular mail should be fine for the midwest. Wal-mart sells cheap thermos' for $2.

I'm not so sure how well it will work. I think the best bet would be to have everyone post their pictues on the same thread and then just see who wants to swap with each other

Unfortunately not everyone can take & download pics. That is why trust is important, if everyone sends good frags, it wont be a problem. This is the way it is always done. If you dont trust it you dont have to try it. See the link below

LOL that would be like someone paying me for a $600 polyp of orange envy and never asking to see a pic......minus this isn't quite that pricy but you still need to see what your getting

Sounds good, but a "no brown zos" rule would make me much more comfortable.
