anyone use this skimmer before

I have the Tunze 9010 on my 29 gallon with ten gallon fuge, and five gallon sump. I love it, and it is more than enough for my needs. Should be fine for you. They can be had on ebay for about 350 new, but i have seen them on here in the buy/sell for much less when you can find them. I will be retiring mine in a month or two if you can wait. PM me if you are interested. Working on my 150 custom build. Def not gonna cut it on that one.

I have a small nano tunze which fits in my 28 G JBJ in the center chamber after using a dremel tool to trim the posterior edge of the tank top. It was such an easy fit and works so well that I would highly rec it. It was only $150.00.

make sure you get the newer model as opposed to one a few years old, the new one's pull a little more air. and the trick to this skimmer is cleaning the collection cup one a day or at least every other day. the cleaner you keep the neck, the more it will skim.
