Anyone using ReefLink with just MP40s?

I dont have radios, and probably will never own them again except maybe a frag tank, but i do have 3 new MP40QDs. I was wondering if its worth the $99, for just connecting them? I love gadgets, and want to hear why I should, or should buy this

TIA Derek

Tagging along... Have mine on the Apex with WXM, but having a few minor issues with them running the programs right. So I'm thinking of switching to the Reeflink for more control.

I recently picked up a used reeflink off craigslist for my tanks. I have 2x MP10's in my 60g cube and 2x MP40's in my 135. I like the fact that I can now program the pumps to change modes on a schedule (raise / lower speed as well as multiple modes throughout the day).
Basically instead of just setting the pumps into NTM mode for example and having the pump run that way all the time at with a set max speed you can program to be in NTM mode for 2 hours and then at night go into say lagoon mode.
Does it really help my corals ?. Too soon to say but the fact that I can have everything ramp down at night and come back up in the morning is worth the money I paid for it.

I just got my second MP40wqd for my 125 and finally set up my reeflink. I'm still learning on how to set up the schedules on it which seems simple but I do love that you can adjust the feed mode on it to turn back later or sooner then the factory 10 min which I adjusted mine to turn back on after 20 min. You can also adjust the speed for the feed mode. Like Felix_T_Cat said, I like the features of ramping it up and down from morning to night. I set mine to ramp down to 10% and to ramp up to 35%.

I haven't noticed any difference in coral growth or extension but for me the ability to really refine the speeds during specific times of the day was worth the $70 I spent for the used one.
I can now easily program the pumps to ramp down at night (which for me was important because I could hear my foyer tank pumps at night in the bedroom) and then back up during the day when there is more background noise. While I personally wasn't going to buy it at $100, the reduced pump noise at night is worth it in my book. That said I'm running a total of 4 pumps in 2 different tanks so I guess I get a little more value from that.
