Well your a Lucky person as most can't seem to get a reply from them, no matter how hard you try. I know that they have super cheap prices but I believe you get what you pay for, and what your paying for is cheap chinese labor, zero customer service, no quality control and a warranty that isn't worth the paper it's written on. Their customer service is almost non-existant. I can't even place an order because an item I wanted shows out of stock and no matter how many times I have tried to contact them they just don't seem too interested in my business. I don't care to send my money to a company that could care less about it's customers but thats just me. I know many of you are happy with your items and I wish you well but beware, when you do have a problem and you need their assistance they ain't gonna be there for you. I read a thread elsewhere(can't remember where but it may have been on here) and it seems that the ballasts they are using aren't quite up to par and one person who seemed knowledgeable said they were down right dangerous. I admit, I am a little biased as they have angered me but like I said before I think I'll just spend my $$ elsewhere. I hope no one takes this as a flame as it's not meant to be that. Glad you all like your lights so far!
