anyone want a mantis shrimp once I catch him?

I'm trying to catch the sucker. He looks like a smasher type ( wennera? subspecies). He/she is about 2 to 2 1/2" long. Anyone in New York wants him/her once/if I can capture him? It would be pickup only in Queens.

After three fruitless weeks of trying to catch him, he catches himself.


What an idiot. He went over the overflow of my tank and is now safely isolated in the small overflow with no way to get back to the main display tank since the durso pipes's holes are too small for him. (dancing a jig around the tank )

Who wants him. Local first, if no local, then I will ship.

Great to meet you. Bad news is, I found a baby mantis shrimp now. 1/4 the size of the first one. I thought he died since it was more than 1 1/2 months since he closed his lair. Hopefully, I can catch him too soon.
