Apex JR feels hot

Hello

I just purchased an Apex JR and noticed the energy bar is warm. Ranges from 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit and gets to 120 degrees Fahrenheit on the left side where the cord enters. This was measured with an infrared gun. Is this normal or is this overheating? I don't want this thing to start a fire and want to know if I should return it for a new unit.

Jonmos75 already gave you a good answer in the Neptune Systems Community. There's a lot of electronics packed into a Jr, and it normally is warm.

I have a Jr. and yes, it is very common for it to be warm too the touch. Going on strong for 2 years now.
