Im okay with any of the locations. Me and Whit wll be there. I can bring some food if we want to have a pot luck dinner or something. I was planning on having a meeting sometime in the summer or fall. My roof is leaking and I am waiting on it to quit raining long enough to get a roof or we can talk saltwater while we all roof.

Yes the 19th would be best, but if another weekend is better we can try that.

Maybe we should talk about changing the meetings to all being potluck. Then when people reply to coming they can reply to what they are bringing. some may cook and other may bring bags of chip or bottles of coke. Or we can just make it light food ( finger foods) and snacks I know times are getting harder for all. This may ease the burden and make it easier for meetings.

With our business we have a huge gas bill and my gas account guy said to llok for gas to get to $4 a gal. yikes.

just another thought maybe the club could provide the paper goods for all the meetings. Not sure where the club stands on $$.

Does the club ever provide quarterly statements on the balance in the bank as far as what came in what went out? Might be good to know.

just got off the phone with the zoo. we're all set for a tour I just need to get back with them about a date. and roughly how many people we'll be touring.
