apogee par sensor - how to use with multimeter?

Hi,
I'm using this converting from millivolts. I've read you just multiply by 5 to get PAR. I'm getting 235 par at 19" from water surface,with 100% on the AP700 (this is just to test, I dont keep it at 100%). Is this expected? Im not doubting the Kessil light, just want to make sure my apogee par sensor + multimeter reading is correct. I just connect the meter to my multimeter, read millivots, multiply by 5. (right?)

I just found the answer at https://www.rapidled.com/apogee-sq-120-quantum-sensor/ , it is an sq-120 . So does a reading like that sound correct with this lamp Kesill AP700?
