I must be a light weight as in the tanks I have owned I have never had so many snails that everyone recommends. I only have 3 mexicans, 2 turbo's, 2 trochus, and 2 conch's for my 300g. In my past 100g, I had no snails and only 2 conch's. If you have great husbandry, you can get away with not making your tank look like a snail farm. Shorter photoperiod, weekly water changes, inspect all new corals before introducing into tank for unwanted algae, cooler water, correct water parameters, low nutrient, etc.
