Aqualogic heat pump questions

I'm looking for information about the Aqua Logic® Delta Star® Air Cooled Heat Pumps. I have an outdoor saltwater system that I would like a more energy efficient heating solution for. In So Cal so no extreme temps, but it does get down to the 40's degrees sometimes in the winter. 8 months a year weather is ok, but 4 months it is fairly chilly at night. No need for a chiller where I am, so I would just use it for heat.

Looking for a more energy efficient solution for heat. Found the Aqualogic heat pump but can't find any information about anyone actually using one. It is a pricey buy for an experiment, so I'd like to find out if it is reliable and works well.

I would use a natural gas water heater, there is a guy in Costa Mesa that has his old frag sytem outside and there is another guy in the valley that he has his whole system outside as well. I would join the local SoCa Reef Central thread here. for expert help.

At our house we only have electric. No natural gas. It makes it somewhat more difficult.
