Aquapod 12 Gallon Stocking

Ok, so I like my coral banded shrimp. He is maximum size. He was on sale one day for $2.00 so I got him. Can I keep him safely in my 12 Gallon Aquapod with zooanthids, kenya tree, other soft corals, 1 Occeleris Clown, a yellow watchman goby, and a pistol shrimp? Its not so much the fish that I am worried about but the corals and the pistol shrimp. I have heard that the sometimes eat soft corals. Will he chase or attack the pistol shrimp. If I cant keep him in that tank I can put him in my other tank's refugium. Thanks in advance.

I have a peppermint shrimp with my CBS along with shrooms, zoos and softies (they are 95% reef safe). I run a 24g with a ton of LR so I've never seen an issue with CBS going after the peppermint. Come feeding time they could care less the other is in the tank. If you have lots of rock the CBS won't be able to follow or catch the pistol, tho he might try.

Hope this helps,

Josh
