Aquarium show this weekend

Did anyone else go? I was there and had a great time. Won two buckets of salinity salt. There were several people selling coral in all price ranges.

I went... wasn't that impressed. Most coral vendors were all local fish shops. It was alright to walk around and see other local reefers and old friends though.

This was my first aquarium show and I enjoyed it, though I had been hoping for more samples. Everyone was friendly and explained their products, but I did feel pretty silly asking about fish food. I did like how Beyond The Reef had much of their livestock already bagged up. I did like the wide range of frags and I'm still relatively new to this hobby and didn't feel like there were many great deals. I did buy two frags.

I hope they have another show next year.

I enjoyed the show. Spend a few hours there and really liked the new era food line with that algae grazing ring

Hello,

I personally thought it was the best show I've been to which includes about 20ish frag swaps/conventions over the last decade. I brought my family and it seemed to be the best family atmosphere for sure because it was spaced out, extremely clean, had a few things for the kids to see and do, and had accessible bathrooms and vending. I wasn't expecting any corals and scored around 300$ worth.

The shark exhibit was pretty awesome as well! My son really liked it!

Lastly, I was shocked how many "vendors" came from far away. There were stores from California, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, plus other states as well.

I had no intention of going and only went because it was nasty outside.... pleasantly surprised-hope it becomes annual!

The shark show was crazy - I cant imagine shedd or any reptuable public aquarium turning their sharks upside down, using a shark as a guitar, or dancing with a shark. With that said, my four year old was impressed.

Parking I was baffled that there were so many middle aged woman aquarium enthusiasts. Unfortunately none of the aquatic experience booths passed out free baugettes.

I went on Friday, had a good time, and picked up some cheap frags. Will def be going next year as well.

It was a good show, I managed to bring home 1 frag as Saturday was packed by the afternoon hours, all fragger tables had a crowd of people so it was hard to see everything. But it was very family friendly which I liked. Hopefully they have this again next year
