the pole question is I am upgrading to a 90 gallon from a 75. I have noticed alot of hobbyist with there rock against the back glass. is this safe?? do I need a pump back there?? the ones I have seen with rock against the back glass I have liked.

Actually on mine it's a bit deceptive: my corner bow has a downflow back there, so the rock leans against that and is supported from below with tonga branch coral, as well as sitting partially on the front 'wall' rock, so it forms a cave for my fishes, but one I can see into.

The downflow box has bottom teeth, so flow goes through the mouth of the cave and around the sides and gets back there.

you going to do it in a wall as well? That's a very cool idea, I do like the aquascaping of it as well.

I wish I could, I'm still gonna be living at home for another year and my parents would never let me do that. I was just referring to the aquascaping
