Im about to start my rock structure with marco rocks. Will use schedule 80 PVC.

What works better 1/2", 3/4" or 1" for making the support frame? Im afraid I will break the rocks if I try to drill a hole over 1" in diameter

THX in advance

Really really nice tanks.
What did you use to attach rock to the glass surface?
Type and brand and even a link would be highly appreciated since I'm in the process of a built.

What size tank is that, Spyd?? It's really nice..the aquascape reminds me of how I had my 180 when it was up.

Hello Psxerholic,

Sorry for the delay!
I used a product called Ceresit CM25 (is a kind of cement).
Here you will find product details: http://www.ceresit.com/CM-25-Glass-mosaic-and-glass-tile-adhesive.17990.0.html

Here's how it looks after 4 months:

Hello,

I have a friend whose tank is made in the same manner. Aquarium with fish and soft corals, without SPS or LPS. No problem for over 18 months.
Similarly, if my second tank which is start in the month of July 2013, there are no problems. I have a pair of clowns + 4 BTA ... mushrooms and palythoas.

So, I think it's not toxic.

Another suggestion for a cement that can be used in the reefscape, and the type used on nineball's tank by mr.wilson, is BASF Emaco S88ci marine cement.
